Liked: Few miles out of town, but suited us as it kept the accommodation price down and an easy drive in. Owner was on hand and sorted room very quickly. Didn't stay for breakfast, but is a large area set aside for guests. Parking right outside, off road. Plenty of space inside the room.
Disliked: Outside looked tired and could do with some maintenance. Room pitched at right price.

Liked: Location was lovely, loved the conservatory overlooking the garden and pond for breakfast. We were able to use the conservatory throughout our stay. Room had kitchen facilities too. Paula the owner was lovely and very welcoming.
