Disliked: Service. Meals were awful. On Saturday morning we waited 15 minutes and still had not seen anyone despite ordering a meal the night before. The swimming pool is not available each day, only at certain times. We were so disappointed that we came home early.

Liked: Loved the family room as the rooms were separate. My dad left his phone in the bedroom he was in and staff were very helpful in finding it and keeping it save till we went to pick it up. Thank you.
Disliked: Only one person allowed in the lift at a time.

Disliked: Hotel in general and room we booked we're tired and smelt of disinfectant. Other guests smoking at the entrance to the hotel constantly was very unpleasant.
