Warm friendly welcome, very close...

Liked: Clean rooms, although could do with a bit of updating. Swimming pool was very good and staff were really polite and always smiling and happy.
Disliked: There was a very loud noise all through the night we think perhaps the pipes but took a while to go to sleep because of this. I loved how warm and cosy the rooms were however my partner not so keen.

Friendly staff good location definitely...

Liked: Staff was nice and it had a good feel about the place
Disliked: Stayed in the family room and you could hear everything in the other room

Liked: Location
Disliked: Beds were horrid. Very noisy between rooms each side and above and could hear everything from hallway. Decor and room layout was very dated and tired. The floors creaked and clacked disturbing other rooms as you walked the hallway.

Overpriced.

Liked: It was a good location for me to drop my daughter off at the Boardmasters music festival. It was clean and the staff were helpful when the TV didn't work.
Disliked: There was no enough parking, so I had to park down the road and get up early to move my car. The room was painfully tiny with a very plastic en suite with a leaking shower. The TV didn't work and I had to get two members of staff to help sort it out, it had apparently been knocked during cleaning which is why it didn't work.

Disliked: Room was awful, dirty with cracks in the walls and wallpaper peeling off. You could only open the windows an inch and could not get any air into the room. The mattress was very poor quality and uncomfortable. Made very uncomfortable at breakfast as I was not with a coach party and nothing set out for me.

I enjoyed my stay there...

Liked: Staff were kind. Room was clean.
Disliked: Room should have a mini fridge at least. It was really hot during the summer and to get a cold drink I had to go out and buy one rather than storing drinks in the room.
