A low key relaxing stay...

Liked: This was our 6th or 7th time here and we always look forward going at least once a summer.
Disliked: The only negative thing would be that at dinner there was a few things not available. Maybe a little short staffed at the bar, pool and front desk. Housekeeping is always excellent!

A decidedly mixed experience in...

Liked: good support staff (but who literally do not speak English …did not know the word lobby !)and very helpful front desk and restaurant reservations lady .Nice front building and location.
Disliked: Around $1000a night for a room with no view and incredibly noisy air conditioner and refrigerator …had to turn off at night .with no shower cap no makeup remover pads no slippers …The entire communication of the hotel instead of being welcoming is based on warnings about penalties fines, what not to do… the food at the restaurant was beyond terrible… oiliest fried calamari I have ever eaten…
