Liked: Location is quiet and calm, and opposite a major retail shop to buy your basic needs, also less than 3 mins walk to the nearby bus stop
Disliked: Ventilation is poor due to tiny windows

Liked: Value for money rooms. Handy location. Does need updating in certain areas, exterior is tired and signage is not good. I know the property as I've stayed quite often over last few years. If you was a new customer the exterior and dated reception and stair access wouldn't give the best first impression.For around £40 you get a double bed, reasonable TV clean room, shower and bath. Good value.

Disliked: Cant have shower! Water either too hot or cold, same in 2 rooms.Not especially clean.

we booked for two nights...

Liked: the room was surprisingly clean based upon the cleanliness of everywhere else.the staff were all polite, friendly and helpful they were having to make up a lot for everything else and to be honest they did
Disliked: unclean bordering on the dirty, very tired everywhere, breakfast was probably the worst i have ever had in any hotel in the uk.
