Lovely staff and great breakfast

Liked: Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Cheap hotel (I paid £30 for a single room) and does the job for the price. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Bathroom was tiny, I am a slim woman and the bath tub and sink were touching my legs either side of the toilet. Walls were very thin and could hear everyone in the other rooms walking around.

Clean, comfortable and convenient but...

Liked: The Hotel was convenient for the venue we were attending and the rooms all very clean except for the windows, the staff were responsive and sorted things out when they were advised about any issues.
Disliked: One of the rooms hadn't been made up from a pervious guest so one of our party had to be moved to a different room. The hotel staff didn't seem to know what time breakfast was on a weekend. No lift working although there were signs to one, this being the case no one offered to help carry bags up the stairs. Took ages for any hot water to come through and then the shower in room 103 was either scolding or cold. No menu at Breakfast, there was a cold buffet and they offered a full English, we had to ask for some water for the kettle to make a cup of tea.

Comfortable, friendly and helpful reception...

Liked: As an occasional guest at the Baron’s Court, I am always deeply impressed by the attentiveness, care, and helpfulness of the reception staff - with Rachel greeting me for my stay for this trip, she once again went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable trip. The rooms are always extremely well cleaned - spotless and without fault every time. I once again had a fantastic stay - thanks Rachel and team - I look forward to returning on my next visit.
