Overall, it was fine. Staff...

Liked: It's a lovely place in a beautiful setting, very tastefully converted. The staff were friendly, but there were a few problems. I think they were struggling a bit, without enough experienced people.
Disliked: Service at the bar. I had to wait a long time because the only member of staff was busy elsewhere. Communication between the restaurant and reception was poor. I had milk in my room but no fridge, so I asked for for some fresh milk on the second day. (It was 30 degrees outside). The lady at reception didn't know at what time housekeeping would replace the milk, but when I explained that I needed some right away, I was given a small jug.

Lovely place to stay

Liked: I loved the location and the orangey was very welcoming. Outside areas were very good lots of shade and sun if required. The classic room was warm and had most things needed for your stay I loved the tea tray .
Disliked: I thought a face flannel could have been put in the room . The shower gel and shampoo should be accessible if having a bath I struggled to keep getting up to reach them . I didn't seem to have any hotel information in the room so I had to keep asking reception not good .
