Lovely peaceful location and beautiful...

Liked: Lovely setting , buildings and accommodation. Peaceful location. . Good food. Friendly staff .Fan provided .
Disliked: Ran out of some breakfaat ingredients eg sausages , pastries. It soon arrivedConfusing message about what was included. Think this is a fault of Booking.com. It says half board GBP35 but no way to get this and what does it mean?! Tv in our room - no reception for BBC channels and remote volume control didn’t work even after batteries changed by staff .

Arrival was disappointing and the...

Liked: Grounds are lovely, air conditioning was a bonus, modern shower room. Lacked a small fridge to keep cool water.
Disliked: Initial room was dirty and bed had been slept in. Staff were not apologetic but did provide an alternative room. A sincere apology goes a long way.

Disappointed

Liked: Very picturesque, beautiful and quiet.
Disliked: Stained carpet and bed cover, mouldy shower cubicle, defective shower head leaking all over. No remediation despite complaint.
