Lovely overnight stay in beautiful...
Liked: Beautiful building and grounds. Clean and modern.
Disliked: Nothing apart from it could do with a curtain to go across the blinds as they didn’t shut out the light.

MORONIC STAFF IN A COUNTRY...
Liked: The building and grounds are nice
Disliked: Staffed by moronic dim wits .On arrival given a ground floor room overlooking a dilapidated greenhouse .We asked not to be on the ground floor ! So asked for room change and shown another ground floor room by dementia deborah . Finally shoved into roof in room which was barely big enough for a bed - seriously . But for a £60 upgrade !Been travelling all day so went to the bar where simple simon said he would bring us some chilled water and the menu . We sat for 20 mins parched while stupid simon wandered around like a goldfish having immediately forgotten about the water !So went back inside and jolly jane said she would bring water and nibbles . Great thirsty and hungry .She arrived with water , no nibbles. Finally a club sandwich ( Do not order ) arrived - the worst, most miserable sandwich on earth.Wife had fish and chips with a tiny horseradish sauce so she asked jolly jane for some more . Of course she said , ill ask chef immediately. She must have bumped into Dementia derek because it never came and when we left not a flicker of recognition about the forgotten sauce . Meanwhile moronic Mike wandered around looking like he wasn't sure what to do.Went to the room and found a towel had a massive hole it so took it to sulky Susan at reception who literally didn't care . Tried to do some work but no WiFi in our crappy room.Went out for dinner - try the Barley Mow in Tilford at the weekend for a taste of country life at its best .A great pub over looking the cricket pitch - Have a pint of "Sussex" fabulous .Got back about 7.30 after a walk- no room service . Bed not made , tea cups with remains of cold tea .No water . Asked sulky susan why no room service . You only get room service if you stay 3 nights ! WTF ..checked out , avoiding the breakfast and told sulky susan the room was suitable for a nesting mouse , the food was the worst ever she said the best she could do was remove the tip they had put on the bill !

Pleasant
Disliked: Breakfast changed to only buffet even for hot food. Booked a king room but bed seemed small and room tiny so upgraded but this cost extra. Cleaning of common parts could be better, fresh flowers in vases in tables were all dead.
