Liked: Perfectly located within walking distance of the racecourse, we came for the Eastern Festival.Our host was friendly and flexible, we parked and dropped off our bags early.Everywhere was spotlessly clean.Excellent choice of breakfasts.
Disliked: There was nothing that we did not like.

Liked: The room was large, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast options were really varied, and all was delicious. The owners' dog was also adorable :)
Disliked: The location is good for the beach, but a bit far from the railway station.

Liked: The perfect place to stay in Great Yarmouth. The owners are very welcoming, their room comfortable and quiet and the choice and quality of breakfast superb. Highly recommend.

Liked: Good location, ye oldie but nice. Lovely hosts.
Disliked: Only one negative- no drinks cooler in room. On the hottest day of the year and we had warm bottles of water.
