Pleasantly surprised! Close to rail...

Liked: Customer service was excellent.We had a couple of requests which were immediately attended to .Would stay again.
Disliked: The weather was nice but could have been better!!

Superb

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room.

never again

Liked: Location was the only thing going for this Hotel,,, I stay at this Hotel over four years ago and it was excellent,,,not sure what has happened in between time but it's NOT the same Hotel as before.
Disliked: Where do I begin,, When we arrived my husband had two little suitcases while my arms were full, the lady behind the deck ran to help my husband while I struggled up the stairs. Every time the light in the bathroom was turned on the fan sounded like it was going to take off,,,the shower curtain was very badly stained,,,I could go on and on but I will just say,,, this is not lovely Hotel I stayed at four years ago.
