Will definitely stay again

Liked: Property was well kept. Room was very spacious and over exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: Bed was very hard and shower did not get very hot at all. More like Luke warm.

Exceptional

Liked: Location was perfect. We were able to walk across the street to Old Town. The 2 bedroom Suite was better than the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. This is a 2 story suite. The king room upstairs has a garden bathtub, and a small kitchen. The queen room downstairs has a full kitchen. Both had dining areas and comfortable living space. Plenty of space, clean, and friendly staff. Looking forward to staying again!

Liked: Swimming pool & room were nice Location is perfect !
Disliked: Personnal member was on break and we had to wait 40min before check in... And not even an excuse

Liked: The space inside the room was nice.
Disliked: They could have done a little better job cleaning the room. Dead insects in the tub and carpet was dirty.

Liked: Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great location around everything.
Disliked: Water pressure a little weak to fill tub.

An experience that will NEVER...

Disliked: I was the guest who fell into the “house downstairs” trap.Normally this would be bad enough, even if you had a civilized couple staying upstairs, since the wooden construction has NO sound absorbers.In my case, a couple arrived at 1:15 AM making all sorts of noises like dragging furniture, turning on devices, talking loudly and walking as if they were marching. This nightmare lasted two hours !!!!!!Was there anyone at reception at that time to report the situation? Of course not! I had to call the room to ask for the noise to stop immediately.Apologizing in the morning after I've had a whole night without sleep is definitely not enough. I hope no one else has the misfortune of going through this situation!
