Great accommodations and location

Liked: Everything was great, having a fridge and other household accommodations. The location was convenient.
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable! The pull out sofa mattress was even worse.

Liked: We had a full, spacious apartment with a patio on the ground floor. It was quiet and safe, but was also close to a busy tourist area (small amusement park) and some shops and restaurants. The pool was warm and well-maintained and not usually busy. There was plenty of seating around the pool (some loungers, some tables with chairs and umbrellas). Free parking was available close to the apartment. The small alligator in the pond was a bonus.
Disliked: The staff in the office weren't particularly friendly (at least compared to everyone else that we have encountered in Florida). It felt like it was a bother for them to answer questions (perhaps they are doing another job while checking guests in?). They insisted that the pool was open and denied that there were locks on the gates, even though that was indeed the case (only one gate on the other side of the building had been unlocked). Our apartment's patio furniture wasn't clean. The dock near the pond needs some attention.

Liked: Reasonable price
Disliked: Arrived and the front desk attendant was not on premise. We waited over a 1/2 hour to get registered even though we had reservations. Other couple were also waiting for a while

It was perfect for us.

Liked: Very clean, staff was great, the room was fantastic! We didn’t expect it to have a full kitchen, full sized refrigerator and living room. We even had a gator come up and greet us everyday. Definitely would stay there again.
