Liked: We liked that the unit had a decent area to sleep for my wife and our 2 daughters. The pool area was nice and a simple layout with a small sand volleyball area as well. Stove worked great and good sized kitchen along with a large screened in balcony.
Disliked: Seemed the bedroom could use a simple chair and maybe 1 more comfy seat in open eating to couch area in case you pull it out for sleeping. It would make it easier to sit more comfortable at night. Also, AC filters need changing more often during summer.

The suites were nice minus...

Liked: The suite was very nice. The view was nice.
Disliked: They shut of the water at 8 am so me, my granddaughter or my daughter were unable to flush the toilet, bathe, or brush our teeth. That was crazy.

Awful and a waste of...

Liked: The pool was nice
Disliked: Left my key card in my pocket when I went swimming so my card didn’t work! Went to the office to get a new card and the only woman that works nights told me she couldn’t do anything about it without my drivers license! I told her I didn’t have my wallet because we’re swimming! She said sorry nothing I can do! All are stuff was locked in are room ! 45 minutes later I told her she could call my phone and check my email all of this is under my reservation! After another 15 minutes of arguing with her she finally gave me a new card! My wife is handicap and she seen us come in out of office to use the pool entrance every day!So it’s not like she didn’t know who we were! After all this ! The place is supposed to be none smoking and people above us was smoking weed so are whole apartment smelled like weed ! So called down to complain and was told she would send house keeping up to check it out ! Never happened!!! It was supposed to be a gated community and front gate was opened all day and night this is a joke old town is across the street and anyone could have walked in! Makes you feel real safe ! And the best part yet is the elevator stopped on us after all this they put a sign on elevator out of order and never seen anyone the whole week we were there to try and fix it! I would give this place a 0 if I could! I tried calling upper management and haven’t heard anything back!!!

Liked: The room was comfortable. I loved the location. The washer and dryer made the stay great. It looked to be newly painted. The pool was crystal clear
Disliked: It's an older time share. There weren't many amenities. It was basic, but fine for us.
