Liked: It was centrally located to everything we needed.
Disliked: I requested a ground level unit and was told by staff that they can’t guarantee it even though my wife is pregnant and I’m a disabled veteran. I ended up getting a unit on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Upon entering the unit the couch was covered in red stains and the master bathroom tub was partially clogged and draining slow.

Disliked: Check in process was horrible. Never saw a staff . When I checked in very little information was provided. Pool is not the one in picture.

Worst Hotel and Staff I've...

Liked: Nothing, not one thing here was good. Horrible place and even worse staff.
Disliked: The place was filthy and had not been cleaned. We had no parking passes or pool passes and were told we had to drive 20 minutes one way to a location not at the hotel to get parking passes, and pool passes wouldn't be available until the next day. The AC did not work and was told it was going to be sometime after 9pm before someone would be there to help(on a 90 degree day). Room had been smoked in and paper shoved in smoke detector. They refused to give us another room so we left

Liked: Close to Barefoot Landing
Disliked: I did NOT get to use the pool. Never got a pool pass . it was NOT left for me in Unit. AND 2 out of the 3 TV’s in Unit Did NOT work. Called , put in a work ticket, no one ever showed up!!!
