Liked: Very clean and peaceful.
Disliked: Not having the right wifi and didn't have tv service. I reported the situation and the office sent some guy out to hook it up but had to leave to return with the right remote. He never returned.

Liked: It was very spacious and comfortable. Very safe and friendly area.
Disliked: Our place was on the third level with only stairs to access it. It would have been nice to request bottom floor, or be notified of the exact location of the unit prior to arrival. Knowing the exact location would have better helped us know if we needed a rental car (which we didn't think we would need.... we did)

Was not satisfied at all

Liked: Every day it was in a nice area
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean at all. I was very unhappy about the room where it wasn’t made up or anything tobacco cans in the house.

Disliked: Not enough towels. Shortly have paper cups and kcup coffee on hand.

We still had a good time with our family.

Liked: Close to places we were going.
Disliked: Ask for 1st floor and did not get it. I book early and this has happened 3 years in a row. Staff on site were not very welcoming at all. None of the beds in the 3 bedroom were comfortable. Only one pool pass which made things difficult since there were 7 of us. It should not be thisHard when paying the price we paid for 4 nights.
