Liked: Beach was awesome. Pool area was clean and neat. Location was perfect with John's Pass 1/4 mile away. Staff was very friendly
Disliked: Elevator was excruciatingly slow

Definitely not worth the money...

Liked: The location is on the beach and that was the main highlight
Disliked: The checking experience was horrible. The staff was informed that we will arrive soon after 9pm and they told us our room key and self check in instructions will be waiting for us. But they weren’t. Instead we ended up waiting extra 50 minutes for someone to arrive to help us get the key. Nobody apologized to us. The room itself has no sound isolation and you can hear every step in the doorway. The room doesn’t get tidied up all throughout the stay. All they do is restock things if you submit a request in writing before 9am daily. The amenities are all weathered.

Liked: Balcony room Beautiful view, great location within walki g distance of food,shopping and Johns pass! nice pool area and hot tub well maintained.like the basket method. Employees are great.this is our 3rd year in a row!!
Disliked: Slow elevator, group of teens snuck in pool area. Would live a tiki bar on location.

It was wonderful, I wish...

Liked: The proximity to the beach and John’s pass was perfect!
Disliked: We had a couple plumbing issues, clogged drain and toilet one day but they were quickly resolved.

Exceptional

Liked: We had a wonderful stay. The view was beautiful and the room was very clean. The location was great as it was a short walk to John’s Pass which had many fun restaurants to choose from.

Liked: The location and openness of the room. It was right on the beach and was near Johns Pass. It was very comfortable. I loved the balcony and hot tub too. Grills were a nice addition and loved the kitchenette in the room.
Disliked: Only things were staff didnt explain location of any amenities at hotel at check in and there was no bathroom except in your room. That was a big deal when at the pool or beach to have to go all the way up to your room all day.

Disliked: Book a chiropractor for after your trip if you are planning to sleep on the fold out sofa.
