Wonderful Stay

Liked: The staff was super friendly, especially Kaitlyn at the front desk! She was very sweet and helpful especially on Easter when I had extra family coming to visit for the day and needed a day parking pass, and requested early check in for my mom's room. Each time I came in for anything, she was always so kind.The pool was a nice size and there was a hot tub too. I love the little water area that you could just lay in to sun bathe. There were a lot of lounge chairs available as well as other seating available with tables. I just wish you could see the ocean instead of the white fencing that surrounded the pool area. The queen studio was cute and the view from our room was beautiful! I really liked their way for guests to receive more items needed, like linens and toiletries. They offered you a basket to place outside of your room with soiled laundry to be replenished and a check list to circle any other items needed. It was cute and convenient. No waiting around for housekeeping to arrive before you could go out.
Disliked: The room layout wasn't the best, especially not compared to the king studio my mom had. Which had way more counter space in the kitchen, two TVs and the bathroom wasn't right next to the front door! Our room did have a little odor in it when we arrived, kinda musty or damp. We couldn't quite figure it out but eventually it went away or we got used to it. Lol The sliding glass door was a bit challenging to open but I'm sure that's due to the salt and sand. There is no smoking on the property which was inconvenient for my boyfriend and Mom who are smokers.

Liked: The location is excellent no matter where I was on the property I could see my kids. The beach is right in front of the hotel and it’s beautiful. I only wish the beach loungers came with the room rental.

Liked: I love everything about BBC. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The location couldn't be any more perfect - we always get a room in front, overlooking the ocean. It's breathtaking. They use a basket system to replenish room supplies (towels, soap, toilet paper, etc) which is great so you don't have to worry about missing housekeeping. The rooms have a great setup - a pony wall separates the queen bed from the main area where the sofa bed is. The little kitchenette is perfect so you don't have to eat out for every meal.
