Liked: Location,staff and pool area was great.
Disliked: Out of 6 days,3 had a sewage leak from under our toilet,due to someone flushing wipes.They did refund me for one night.

Liked: We enjoyed sitting on the dock at the back of the motel looking out over the water. Either at the pool or the dock, there was always a shady spot to sit and relax. The room was spacious with a sofa and small kitchen area
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was low.

CLEAN?.CONVENIENT?AFFORDABLE?.just PERFECT!!!

Liked: This resort is in the absolute perfect location! It is within walking distance to everything! We did not even rent a car for our trip. We Ubered to/from the airport and to a Phillies spring training game. Other than that, we did not need a vehicle at all. There is a Walgreens right next door with a liquor store in it. A marina across the street with great restaurants and convenience of booking fishing trips, dinner cruises, etc. Tons of great restaurants and night life!! We will definitely be back!
Disliked: All rooms should have either a box fan or oscillating fan. The air conditioner is in an odd spot and the bed blocks the air from cooling the room. Lois at the front desk let us borrow her oscillating fan and it worked perfectly to cool the room.
