Liked: It's a beautiful ancient hotel with a story. I stayed in a hut in the backyard with own access and possibility to park right outside the door. The breakfast was good, with the classic selection of options, but nothing special.
Disliked: Cleanliness could have a been a tad bit better, some hairs here and there. Although I do like the charm of an older hotel this one could use a bite of a renovation / update. The bathroom is quite small and you can see through the window. It was also quite cold although the heating was on.

All right.

Disliked: Their new wing. It's supposed to be an old hotal.

Historical building worth visiting. Nice...

Liked: We stayed here as a layover on our trip south. Best option in Orkanger, Close to the centre, historical building. Clean rooms and overall a professional hotel. Nice breakfast and good value for money I would say. I loved that fresh coffee served to guests in the lobby at 6am - good for us early risers.
Disliked: Nothing in particular to mention on the negative side. The doublebeds are not the widest, but ok for most people.
