Super loud could barely sleep...

Liked: Decent value but there’s plenty better
Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated. The windows to the room don’t seal right or they are very thin. This is a very busy area and people yelling, cats honking horns, raving engines and sirens all night into the morning sounds like the window is wide open. The area is less preferable for getting to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants.

Liked: The pool and roof terrace are fantastic. Very clean rooms and whole building, actually. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You can continue to use the facilities after checking out, which is brilliant. Balloons was a lovely touch on my birthday, thank you! Very easy to get around Barcelona, due to the metro being right outside the hotel door.
Disliked: The area didn’t seem great in the evening but it was the NOISE! We were only on floor 2 and faced the road unfortunately. I have NEVER stayed in a noisier hotel. It was constant, and not just road noise, ambulances, motorbikes and buses. It was people shouting, fighting, screaming. All night. Only ‘quieter’ time was early morning.

Liked: The housekeeping is wonderful and fast. The bellboys are friendly and helpful. The two male receptionists were very nice a en professional just like te staff at breakfast. The room is very large and cozy. The AC works great and is central.
Disliked: The check out experience. The female receptionist was extremely unfriendly and blunt. I stayed there for one week, and did not even ask me how my stay had gone.

That’s still a good location...

Liked: Location and bedline are good.But the water for shower is soo small and not warm at all…. The hotel looks nice, but the soundproofing is awful — I could hear everything from the next room.
Disliked: The shower water could be better and The hotel is very poorly soundproof

Disliked: The rooms where comfy and the breakfast was nice.
