Great seville hotel for families
Liked: Great hotel for families. Heated pool, is the winner. which was both indoor & Outdoor. Kids had a fab time. There is a sunbathing area and you are provided with towels. The hotel is right next to the theme park and we walked over to visit that one day. The hotel is great, but bigger than i expected. The room was very comfy, and has everything we needed. but maybe slightly smaller than id expected. Breakfast was lovely, good quality food lots of choice. Huge lobby area where you can sit in evenings for drinks. They also had a shuttle bus on into town as it was Holy week. All the staff we spoke to were very nice & helpful.
Disliked: At Breakfast bigger glasses for water/Juice. Also as a hotel good for families with lots of kids, provide more simple juice options.... like apple please.Hotel fab, no complaints but i didn't really get the 5* factor. Def felt like a cross between a family hotel & a conference hotel which is what is is.

Perfect location and great facilities...
Liked: Building 2 is a little noisey at breakfast time as this is the main restaurant area
Disliked: Didn’t get new water wveryday

Liked: Wide open, clean, the swimming pool is heated, breakfast was very good, but the best thing were the staff. Very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Whilst breakfast was outstanding, sometimes the food in the other restaurants were not that fantastic for the price being charged.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Wine was nice. It is a huge complex. Would suit families. Appeared to be aimed towards families, with kids club etc.
Disliked: restaurant food was so so. Limited choice of options on menu. It was possible to walk to the old town from the hotel, but taxi is easier, and if staying for only a few days would probably be cheaper than staying in the center of town, but again we went there on Easter week, so maybe prices in the cent city center would have been cheaper at a different time.
