Great hotel strategically located

Liked: The location was excellent! A few steps away from the city centre! Comfortable size wise room with great view. Staff very helpful
Disliked: Would appreciate hair conditioner and a few more toiletries.

Good location but inconsistent service...

Liked: Large suite, excellent location for doing touristy things and a decent breakfast selection.
Disliked: Overall the staff are terrible. Not friendly, check-in team do not make you feel welcome and there is zero flexibility when it comes to special requests. Not a single interaction made me want to compliment them, and at one point I wanted to check out early because of the rigidity around using the facilities. In the lobbly the staff just stand around while watching you struggle with bags offering no help at all. Very strange.Note this is a ‘local’ 5 star hotel and may not necessarily meet international high standards. Zero consistency in daily housekeeping and cleanliness and overall a disappointing property. Would not stay again.

Great service and location!

Liked: Grateful location, friendly staff and good food.
Disliked: Our room was by the lift and there was quite a lot of noise each time it was used. Perhaps better sound-proofing of the doors would be an idea...

An excellent and well located...

Liked: The hotel is comfortable nd extremely well located. Just a minutes walk from historic center. It has 3 restaurants and there are many others in the neighborhood. The area is safe. Staff are attentive and professional. Room is comfortable. Beds and pillows are excellent.
