Wonderful stay and amazing, flexible...

Liked: Amazing place, can only say beautiful words on the hotel. We could drop our items in the morning already as we arrived super early. Then, an early check-in was allowed which was so great, as we did barely sleep during our travel night. My Mexican friend sent a gift for me to the hotel, they saved it professionally and gave it to me at my arrival. Furthermore, the hotel gave us a slightly later check-out which was super valuable, as we traveled later that day.The flexibility and friendly help of the staff is what I remember most of this hotel. It was Sunday-Monday so probably there are some more possibilities than on a Friday or Saturday obviously, but we appreciated this a lot!Besides, the hotel itself is great. Wonderful lobby and elevators, nice pool and even a Starbucks in the hotel ! Beds are great, and the location amazing. Thank you so much!

Good hotel/room/public service but terrible...

Liked: Good room, housekeeping and overall services (pool/gym and particulary appreciated the barber shop)
Disliked: Room service. Beside being extremely rude at the phone, the quality is one of the worse ever experienced. I used several times and most of the time the food was low quality or extremely small portion. For example one night i ordered for me and my partner filet. It came COMPLETELY COLD, and imagine how difficult was to chew. Another night i ordered ravioli with mushroom sauce: beside arriving with cheese sauce instead of mushroom, in the plate there were literally (counted) n.6 small ravioli (i doubt they reached a total weight of 50 grams) floating on a huge amount of sauce (looks more like a soup).

Liked: This was a 5 star hotel, outstanding in every way, and for the price I could not believe it. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Can be overly crowded at times.

Good hotel in a central...

Liked: Good hotel in a very convenient location. The room (suite) was very spacious and well equipped.
Disliked: I had a really bad experience on the last night of my 5 night stay with Room Service. I was served by a very young boy who promised to bring something that I asked for (some Tabasco sauce) but never showed up despite me giving him a very generous tip! People like should not work in the hospitality industry or the company should provide better training to drive home the importance of customer service and satisfaction! This one unpleasant experience left a very bad taste in the mouth and soured the whole memory of my stay!!
