Excellent hotel with friendly staff

Liked: Love this hotel very much! Interesting decor in and out, with excellent staff service who are friendly and helpful. The room is superb and super comfy. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay there and would definitely stay again if we return to Madrid.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Great stay, great decor and...

Liked: Great place and good atmosphere
Disliked: Location isn't in the centre so a little bit of travelling around but it was quick and easy to travel so not really an issue

Excellent hotel and all the...

Liked: Very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the service is excellent and fast , the the metro and train station two minute only by walk

Great hotel, great pool, excellent...

Liked: Food, pool and outdoor areas were fantastic. Rooms were great.
Disliked: Occasionally the people who worked there (bar colleagues) could be difficult. We tried our best in Spanish. One day they got on with it and another day with a different colleague they could be difficult. We understand this with the feeling in Spain at the moment but thought this was more about renting and not using hotels. Saying all this, on the whole, it was a great hotel with excellent bar colleagues on the rooftop
