Comfort With Easy Access To...

Liked: My room was quite large for being located in a European metropolitan area. It had floor to ceiling windows that made for a very sunny room. The breakfast was superb with a wide range of choices from made to order eggs/omelettes/pancakes to hummus and guacamole. The hotel was located a few blocks from a major metro station, Plaza de Castilla, that made it easy to move around the city.

Liked: Everything! It is now my favorite in Madrid. Having the lobby restaurant/bar from 1 pm till midnight is a big plus! It is clean housekeeping is 10/10. The bed is very comfortable and A/C is really cold. I booked the room with the terrace, it is a large terrace and great for smokers. The hotel is very quiet despite the Chamartin train station is close but the windows are sealed. The staff is good as well. The location is in a quiet area away from the noise of the downtown, however, two metro stations (one of them is a major train station for regional and suburban trains). The airport is 15 mins away. Really it is a great hotel.
Disliked: The only thing missing is the bidet :( ans that is why I gave it 9. Otherwise, it is a 10/10 hotel.لا يوجد شطاف .. الفندق 10/10 بس هذا عيبه الوحيد
