Liked: The staff were beyond helpful; the rooms were very comfortable with outstanding views, taxi to the Albaicin at night arrived within minutes and very reasonable. Breakfast was superb - the buffet was vast and very attentive staff.

Great but quite annoyed

Liked: Everything, mostly the breakfast area, good location, there's free parking area nearby on the street also considering it's very difficult to park free in the city center, staff were very kind mostly the woman who was making omelettes the day 12/08, she is such a sweet lady. Pool is small but we prefer to go to the beach so there's no big issues.
Disliked: Well, even I talked with the reservation to clarify the prices and everything the reception still managed to get confused with my reservation 4 times and that actually made me quite surprised for a 5 star hotel, I've been telling them to look at our messages with the reservation but he denied, almost screwed up my surprise for my partner for easily getting confused about the prices, and then at the check out they told me I still have to pay more because there's been a mistake when charging me, really I don't know if there's any miscommunication between reservation and reception but that's actually not normal, we have our booking messages where I repeatedly ask again about the final price but they still actually managed to get confused 4x, I suggest that they might as well look carefully for it before the check in day to avoid these stuffs which is really annoying, other thing is the bathtub, there wasn't any part where they say in booking that bathtubs can't actually be used as a BATHTUB, we took some soap bubbles to enjoy in bathtub in our last day but doesn't work, I mean why would you put a bathtub when it can't be used like one? There's actually the paper there like "we are saving water " etc, should be nice to put that in fine print as well,I went to a 3 star hotels where u can use Bathtub as it supposed to be, might as well just put a normal shower instead of a bathtub, one of the massage holes of the shower is not working and the left faucet was stuck, I felt like I had the baddest room of a five star,fortunately it didn't ruined our vacation but had to say those things are actually annoying.
