The rooms were fantastic and...

Liked: The rooms were fantastic, super clean, and five star. Staff were friendly generally. Great location.
Disliked: The concierge was not at all friendly and generally quite moody. More Space in the restaurant area would have been nice but this was not a major issue.

Excellent

Liked: The room was wonderful and the people behind the desk for the most part were terrific.
Disliked: Was a little out of the way Breakfast was good but room didn’t have much atmosphere

A beautiful oasis in Madrid

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, close to all the nicest areas of Madrid but on a quiet street away from the crowds. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well kept. The staff are all very welcoming and willing to help with everything.
