Liked: The hotel was beautiful with modern decor. The rooms were great, both comfortable and lovely. Beds were comfortable and the shower was fabulous. The pool and bar area on the roof were also great. The roof provided a gorgeous look of the city and fun for the family. We ate the breakfast buffet each morning which was delicious.
Disliked: There were protesters when we arrived. This created a lot of chaos, loud noises and some discomfort in coming in and out of the property.

Disliked: The pool was not available in the early morning. In the evening we had to leave the pool area to make way for diners.

Liked: Clean new central hotel.Rich breakfast.Hot tub and balcony was great.Nice spacious bathroom.Nice rooftop and downstairs restaurant with very kind and helpful staff there.
Disliked: I believe there is room for improvement with the reception staff. They appeared quite inexperienced and bored most of the time when we asked them a question.we felt that they weren't quite sure about about IT system and everytime we waved them 'hello' they never replied back . Check in felt longer than usual and we could see waiting lines often at the Reception. nothing went wrong but first impression matters especially in a 4* hotel.Also , we were on our honeymoon and we did not receive any special treat or even a glass of wine.
