Liked: A real 5 star hôtel. Service at its best. Pianist in the morning. Harpist in the evening. The lobby is living, it is not just a nice area to take pictures of. It was an amazing stay, I give it a 10/10.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities...

Liked: Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great as well. The staff were very helpful.The sauna was open 24 hours — I really liked that.

Liked: The hotel is simply great. The room has all comforts.
Disliked: It was NOT a "Suite". It was a room under the roof with no windows except 2 dormer windows. 35 Euros for my pet/night unsaid while booking the room but paid at the check-in. Moreover, I paid the 100 Euros for "preventive bail" on June 1st whiel doing the check-in. Now it's June 11th and still have not received my money back (took nothing from the bar or other stuff).As i told, the structure is simply great, the staff is gentle but additional services and conditions were absolutely unclear.I would love to "know" how much and "for what" I pay something in advance.
