Excellent hotel -prime location
Liked: Super location, great spacious rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast selection of food!
Disliked: Breakfast food areas is very small for a hotel of this size, even at 8 am on a Sunday morning it was very busy and you just end up bumping into people . Some of the black tables were very wobbly to eat off

Liked: Our stay at the Grand Palace Brno was nothing short of extraordinary. The location could not be more perfect – right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of everything worth seeing.From the moment we arrived, the service was truly world-class. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink, a delicious cookie, and sweets personally delivered to our room – such a warm and thoughtful touch.The room itself was very comfortable, with a wonderful bed that made it easy to rest after a day of exploring. The only I missed was a rug to soften the m feel of the room, but that’s a very small detail in an otherwise perfect stay.The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly cared for, and the food was outstanding – full of flavor and beautifully presented.The garage service was excellent and made our stay even more convenient.Overall, the Grand Palace Brno is a fantastic hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend. My husband and I will definitely return to Brno – and without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again.

Liked: Location was nice, but don`t choose this hotel.
Disliked: I’m writing in English to warn people in advance to avoid this hotel, as this situation shows how staff behavior can greatly impact on a hotel choice. We booked for three (two parents and a child), paid accordingly (as shown on the screen), but in confirmation (attached) we received for two people at the same rate (also shown, it is the same amount). At check-in I have explained this to receptionist Danylo and they allowed us to stay (but promised to provide a bed for a third person), but charged extra for a third breakfast. Later they have forgot what they promised and didn`t provide bedding for my bed (no sheets, no blankets, see photo) - is this really a 5-star hotel?We had informed the hotel via booking that our arrival would be at 3:00 PM (it`s also a standard check-in time at their hotel), but upon arrival, our room was not ready, forcing us to wait approximately 40mins in the lobby. The hotel’s parking system is unusual - you must leave your car, which they then relocate elsewhere - but this would have been acceptable. However they forgotten our belongings in a car. I instructed a receptionist, to retrieve just one suitcase and just one bag from the car,yet they forgot to do so. We waited another hour until our items were finally delivered, However they still have forgotten one bag (blanket) at the end. Electricity was unstable, lights tripping breakers, and we had to reset the panel multiple times after a receptionist’s guidance.In short, we lost two hours exploring Brno due to delays, received no bed for a third person (however they didn’t forget to charge us extra for breakfast). They have forgotten two times our belongings left in the car. At the end, another receptionist has informed us that we’d need to wait 30 minutes at checkout because they had to retrieve our car from the parking area. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.This stay ruined my family’s mood despite booking a costly 5-star hotel.
