It was okay a little...

Liked: That it was pet friendly and the location
Disliked: When we walked in it sort of smelled like mildew and there was mold on the toilet paper

Liked: The staff was friendly, quick elevator, and the view was beautiful.
Disliked: Hotel very outdated. Water damage on the ceiling and small pieces were falling on the carpet. Room 541, you can hear the elevator when you're in the bedroom. Crack around the door, coming in and out of the room, large enough to see outside a little. There's a door at the balcony, and it must be open for better view. The water pressure was fine. The room was blah but we had a great time. Parking is very limited, but there's parking across the street. There was part of a cigar laying on the balcony they never cleaned up.

Liked: The view of the ocean was exceptional. The staff were polite and apologetic.
Disliked: The room was not ready when we got there; staff said it would be 30 min to 1 hour. An hour later they had cleaned the wrong room, had to wait another hour. The wifi never worked, staff said it was because they were full. TV had to have maintenance come in with a different remote to make the TV work; said it was the only one of the that type he had because people keep taking them. No breakfast service. Elevator took forever, if it came at all.

Liked: nothing at all. I don’t even know where to start with how outrageous the whole experience was
Disliked: 1. As soon as I got there the told me I need to pay the remaining balance that was supposed to be paid through booking but wasn’t they said so now I have to check my statement to make sure that I wasn’t double charged. 2. The room was filthy 3. The room was destroyed by the police prior to my arrival when I took the staff to the room they told me don’t worry about anything they know the room is a complete mess and I will not be receiving room service so that’s that. 4. I was issued a room key that was a card and told not to put next to a cell phone. So I put the card in my wallet. Went out to eat came back to the room and the card didn’t work I went to the front desk to let the staff know the card wasn’t working at that point the worker got so aggravated asked with an attitude where did you put the card. I said my wallet she said she told me the card wasn’t to be put in my wallet and started to argue with me in front of other guest the whole time she was reprogramming the card. She never told me not to put the card in my wallet. There is so much more to go on about but I’m going to stop here. Booking needs to remove this dump as an option!!

Liked: I liked the ocean view.
Disliked: I disliked how dirty the bathtub was, the broken bathroom door, the musty smelling rug and that there was no coffee maker.

Pleasant

Not worth the money.

Liked: Very run down. There were holes in the walls and the chair on the patio was broken. I hurt myself when I tried to sit in it.
Disliked: Worn out and run down rooms.
