Rip off. Not like said...

Liked: Beachfront
Disliked: No ice bucket.or coffee maker. Toilet had a lot of hair on it when lid was closed. Trash in floors. Balcony door broke and wouldn’t shut. No room service for fresh towels.

Disliked: The bed was hard, the TV didn't work. When asked for someone to come fix it, they couldn't. The toilet paper holder broke, holes in the wall, the door knob was broken.

They ruined my vacation

Disliked: Our room wasn't clean.the TV picked up 3 channels.went to front desk they already new about the problem.asked for another room.they said they didn't have any so we checked out and went home.
