Disappointing

Overall good location, very close...

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: No handles in bathtub/ shower/ no hot water, could not connect to internet with password that was provided. People screaming profanities on property site

Horrible

Disliked: The elevator kept breaking down. Horrible parking. People fighting and management doing nothing. People throwing ice off the top balcony and hotdog and management still doing nothing. Also being falsely accused when they supposedly have video footage.

Poor

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: No parking , elevator didn't work few times

Pay the extra hundred dollars...

Liked: The oceanfront property was the best part of the property. The lady in the front office, Beverly, was super helpful.
Disliked: Pools were dirty, rooms were very outdated and needs repair badly, we had to change rooms because the balcony was not useable, there was a bad storm and water came in through the door and leaked through the ceiling in multiple places. Storm also set off the fire alarm!

Pleasant

Could not stay in room...

Disliked: The room was very dirty, the bathroom did not have a mirror and the tub had a large crack in it that had not been repaired. The AC unit was leaking and there was a 5 foot puddle in the carpet upon check-in. I was not going to stay in that room, and they had no other rooms available, so I got my money back and had to find somewhere else to stay last minute. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here, trust me.

Liked: The views from the balcony and the fact it was on the strip with everything
Disliked: The rooms and hotel is really outdated and the staff don't greet you because their too busy on there phones. Not friendly at all just want your money and business. The parking sucks gotta get back to your room before the new check ins if not you will not have close parking and will have to park in the lot across the street from the hotel...
