It was fine

Liked: People were friendly and tried to be accommodating.
Disliked: There is no common space - they didn’t use real blankets, beds were made with dirty sheets. A bit of walk from town

Liked: Christopher was very helpful with giving great ideas for dinners.

Great vacation in a great...

Liked: The location is within walking distance to town and located on a quieter road. The staff is fantastic! They provide you with maps and give suggestions for where to go and what to do (based on days vacationing). The lounge was cute and cozy. In the lounge you could find snacks, drinks, and treats for the day. Constance and Christopher are the best! Constance suggested a wonderful place for lobster and it was amazing! Christopher helped me with my late arrival process. Christopher assured me that my key would be at the desk upon arrival and it was. My flight time was changed 8 times causing me to arrive very late (1am).

Location good but they need...

Liked: Close to shopping and Acadia
Disliked: The ac unit in bedroom is bad where it makes huge noise through out night and makes it very hard to get sleep. There is newer unit in the living room but it can’t reach bedroom and the unit in bed room is very old and does not cool down the room. With outside temperate at upper 80, sleeping in the bedroom with noise and heat is tough.

We will stay here again...

Liked: It was clean and we were within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They offered really good blueberry muffins along with coffee and orange juice and some other grab and go items. The man at the counter was nice enough to print our boarding passes because we were having issues with the airline app.
Disliked: N/A

Staff and housekeeping made us...

Liked: Nice size room with Kung bed, luggage stand, etc. very clean and nice sheets and towels. A few short blocks off the Main Street, but easy walking distance, quiet, and parking right by the room. We’d definitely go back.
Disliked: Our No smoking room had a little odor from a previous guest who probably smoked. Don’t think they smoked in there.

Absolutely perfect!

Liked: We love love loved Christopher and Constance who worked the front desk! They were so helpful with recommendations on where to go and what to do. We really enjoyed how close the hotel was to Main Street and mostly anywhere we wanted to go for food; we walked everywhere.
Disliked: Not a thing!
