Liked: Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was brilliant, bathroom was large and if you like very hot showers it was good, unfortunately I dont and even after turning the water temperature down as low as possible it barely affected the the temperature of the water.The avocado and poached eggs on toast was very good apparently. The staff were lovely for the most part.
Disliked: Wardrobe was ridiculously short and couldn't hang our dresses up plus there were only 3 hangers. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. At £200 on average per night there were only 4 choices on the menu. The cereal was boring and had to wait for waiter/ess to ask for milk, there was no fresh fruit or yoghurt. The full English was good except for the eggs. The scrambled eggs were horrid, definitely not freshly prepared as they were grey on the bottom. Only had sour dough bread which I hate and no other option for toast which was ridiculous. Went to have a croissant but they had all gone, I could wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to buy and heat more but that was not convenient for neither the rest of my party nor myself. They had also run out of maple syrup. This was very poor considering the price of the room. Plus ordered Irish coffees Thursday evening but they were cold when they eventually arrived.Room 1 had no remote control for TV, it was requested 3 times but never arrived. Finally was charged for drinks on my bill which had been paid for by someone else. Hoping for a refund shortly.

Disliked: the open plan bathroom and a bit too much street noise getting in the room. Expensive for what it was.

Enjoyable stay but feel Banyers...

Liked: Central location, good parking and great room facilities.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was disappointing and disorganised. No fruit juice, limited cereal and bread options, no yoghurts, cold meats or cheeses as would have been expected on a continental buffet. Room was not serviced on second day of our stay although management did offer us a small discount when advised of this.

Liked: The bedroom was large warm and welcoming.The funky and quality authentic vibe was a real bonus. Stylish and spacious,room 7 had great views of the church!
Disliked: We arrived 4.30pm,the bar area was empty after a busy afternoon. It appeared the staff had taken a well earned break.Tables were left unclean,glasses and bottles where everdent on many empty tables… Not a good first impression. I can add this was not the norm for the rest of our stay.
