Other than bed.. absolutely amazing!!...

Liked: Everything from start to finish the staff are lovely grounds are gorgeous and the food was delicious!
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed was two singles joined together and I’ve come away with a really bad back I think it was the angel I slept along with the bed quality but I’m in allot of pain :(

Liked: Staff were marvellous, hotel was lovely, food was good, facilities excellent.
Disliked: rooms could do with aircon, bar prices a little steep, front entrance needs a ramp

Disliked: Noisy outside room carpets in corridor need a good clean the duvet was very lumpy

Liked: Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant food.Room was lovely, excellent size. Location was good. Use of the gym was good.
Disliked: Service in the restaurant in the evening was very slow. No water or fridge in the room. Air conditioning made a peculiar nose every half hour which was very annoying.

Nice location, comfortable, but overpriced

Liked: The location and the decor
Disliked: The towels are very thin and there’s no complimentary water (obviously not the end of the world, but considering we laid £220 a night, I would expect these small details). Breakfast was nice, but no “healthier” options like a fruit mix (there was a fruit bowl)

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff

Liked: Nice hotel in pleasant surroundings. Staff were helpful and friendly. Having a fan in the room was good considering it was so hot. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Some small bottles of water would be nice in the room. This seems to be becoming a standard feature these days
