More like faulty towers needs modeenisation

Liked: The bed was comfy and the breakfast had good options. Needs more gluten free options tho as my friend had limited options
Disliked: The hotel is more like faulty towers, got there and our room was on the top floor with no working lift. Hotel is nice looking from the outside but in dire need of modernisation on inside and rooms. Tbh expected more from a bannatyne brand hotel and should've just staying at the Premier Inn . Hardly any parking available due to a wedding, so we weren't best pleased after travelling all day to find that it was difficult to get parked. Shower leaked and we had limited options for a breakfast time. If breakfast is included I don't want to be getting up at 7.30am to book my breakfast slot

Perfect

Imposing from the outside , tired inside . The position close to the town centre is excellent .

Liked: The basic breakfast requirements , help yourself to fruit , yogurts or cereals. Breakfast orders and choice of drinks , delivered to your table .
Disliked: My room was on the third floor , farthest room on the corridor , quite a hike ! The lift was broken . It only was a concern as Id just hurt my back the week before .
