Liked: Near to town center, room was spacious and comfortable, lovely view from window, we were in room 8, staff were very friendly and helpful, they reserved a parking space for us as were blue card holders, the meals were fantastic and early bird deal good value, breakfast you could have continetal or cooked or both, we had excelent stay.
Disliked: Drinks bit pricey, hate rotating toaster lots of waste bread as burnt, we got soaked on saturday due to rain but no heating in room to warm us up, bed side lights not working spotlights very bright, duvet did not fit cover more cover than duvet. Do not like service charge on bill,

Delightful Stay

Liked: The food was really nice, the dinner menu had a good choice and would suit most tastes. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food. Room was clean and a decent size, with iron and iron board, powerful shower. Small but compact bar wide a small selection of drinks. Good central position.
Disliked: Sash window in my bedroom wouldn't stay in position so could only have it fully open or fully closed. 2nd day there was no electricity or water at 5pm, so I couldn't get a shower when I got back and dinner was delayed.
