Very poor

Liked: Staff were lovely, easy to access.
Disliked: Our bedding was dirty on arrival, and the shower was noticeable dirty / not cleaned

Putrid

Liked: Nothing it was disgusting, filthy and smelly. Poor customer service. I requested a refund and was left feeling sick and dirty. Could not stay there had to seek alternate accommodation wihtout any communication regarding a refund.
Disliked: Figuring and unhygienic. Poor customer service

Disliked: I was given room with disabled toilet and bathroom although picture shows enclosed shower when I booked. Room had such a strong smell of some sort of chemical that we couldn't sleep properly the whole night. Beds were uncomfortable .
