Excellent room with good service.

Liked: Location was good - just a bridge across from Blackfriars tube. Very comfortable room with modern amenities. Shower and bed both excellent.
Disliked: A bit far to Heathrow airport - if with luggage, had to take uber or taxi, and going through the city meant traffic. otherwise, excellent.

Liked: Location big room lovely bathroom comfy bed free welcome drink on arrival
Disliked: Reception area not clear and were ignored on arrival with bags so obviously checking in, water station on our floor not working but we’re not advised, dirty food tray outside our door presumably from previous occupant took nearly a day to be cleared, air con in room seemed very inefficient so both nights were stuffy, breakfast very poor quality and service for that class of hotel
