Liked: Charming and unique building with a lot of history. Excellent location. Excellent amenities and toiletries in the rooms. Great selection of inclusive snacks and drinks, lovely lounge and bar area.
Disliked: I didn’t enjoy the breakfast and it could use a lot of work. The dining area was also very hot and stuffy.

Disliked: Housekeeping was not good, the bare minimum of making a bed, supplying toilet paper and fresh towels was not met. These pics are after housekeeping did their thing. They are either understaffed or need better training.

Liked: Liked the whole concept as we felt we could sit and visit with friends, enjoy the services including cookies, tea, drinks.
Disliked: Having to wait till 3 pm as we were exhausted from overseas trip an hour or so isn’t bad but we had to wait till 3pm

Liked: Very nice! Chef was very friendly guy welcoming us each morning. Prepared our omelets and I loved the Dutch pancakes.A wide variety of choices for breakfast. Enjoyed the happy hour and hors d’oeuvres. Nice touch.
Disliked: We arrived from a long airplane ride and unfortunately, arrived before check in. It would have been nice if we could have checked in earlier than 3 pm—due to exhaustion. One couples room was ready, but they had to pay €70 extra that seemed a bit much, especially since their room was ready.!! We did not like that..

Disliked: Very expensive for the services, and it is nerve-wracking to sit in the breakfast room, because of the smell of food from the kitchen, and also there is no good food

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, and beautiful view of the canal from the room window. Excellent breakfast and enjoyable wine and cheese afternoon gathering in the hotel lounge provide a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers.
