Banks Mansion - All Inclusive Boutique Hotel

Our stay was comfortable but...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.
Disliked: The hallways outside of the room kind of smelled like old dusty carpets.

Perfect and above expectations

Liked: The room was a good size, with plenty of room, comfy armchair was a bonus. The location was spot on and an easy walk to all the main attractions in Amsterdam. Breakfast was above expectations and the fresh orange juice was amazing. I would stay again if I was in Amsterdam. The open bar and mini bar included in the price of the room was an added bonus. The afternoon drinks and nibbles from 5-6 were prefect after a long day of sight seeing.
Disliked: There was nothing we did not like about this polace.

Amazing would attending again but...

Liked: The selection was very good loved the omelette had them every morning
Disliked: My friend slept on the 2 chairs pushed together she found the bed too soft she didn't want to make a fuss we thought maybe all the beds are the same firmness which was a shame it was her 60th birthday treat.
