Liked: The reception staff was amazing, so helpful and kind and very professional
Disliked: The breakfast was messy and very badly presented, juices, smoothies and milks and joghurt presented in large aluminium ( hospital) jars on a tattered aluminium platform, not cooled. It looked constantly eaten and uncared for, dried out grapefruit halves, messy pineapple, tasteless melon. Cream cheese in a soup bowl , poor variety of fresh bread, no toast. The manager Joana did a brilliant job, stayed calm and tuned and worked very hard to keep everybody happy.The first 2 nights we could not sleep at all due to noise from the life music from the street bar.We were offered 15 % discount for those nights,but no other room was available.

Wonderful Stockholm experience!

Liked: Excellent breakfast at Bonnie's restaurant.Excellent help from the front desk staff who function as concierge.Wonderful location with easy access to Stockholm's main attractions.
Disliked: One elevator was not functioning when leaving our room to return to the main floor. The other elevator required you to walk up steps which was not a problem for us, but could have been for others.

Disliked: Ridiculously small room for what we paid. Very small and nowhere to put our clothes so lived out of our suitcases
