Disliked: the unit was run down and not very clean. the pull out bed was broke

Liked: It was in a beautiful location and it was great to have swimming pool, tennis court and squash courts. It was good to have breakfast on site.
Disliked: The shuttle was quite infrequent and stopped quite early.

Liked: Lovely views of the mountains. Location slightly out of town but not too far if you have a car.
Disliked: Shuttle bus to town was frequent enough

Disliked: Horrible is the experience. For the very high price I paid and the property quality and service, Experience has been nothing short of horrible. Wifi doesn't work. When I bring to property attention they don't care. No IT team is available since its late. They dont care in the morning. No drinking water in the room, they exepct me to drink from the SINK. They don't make the sofa bed and they made the bed after several requests. THE bed the provided in this SO CALLED suite doesn't fit 2 people. They don't clean or make the room by default. Inspite of me requesting on my return they said they don't make the room. Horrible experience. I felt like they stole my money.
