Great place to stay in...

Liked: Nice friendly staff. Calm and quiet location. Had very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Building looks rustic but beautiful place for a family with pets. Will try to book again next time when we come to stay in Banff.

If I ever go back...

Liked: Room is excellent, got what we paid for. It's location was perfect.
Disliked: Very minor. The perculator needs to be cleaned every month, at least... There's calcium deposit in the bottom. I would usually boil water mixed with ... to clear the deposits.

Liked: I loved this hotel! I ended extending my stay because I wanted to stay in Banff for longer. The staff were so kind and attentive, I felt bad because I had never interacted that much with hotel staff before. The first day I wake up to a leak in the bathroom which they fixed whilst I was out, then when I lost a key card they replaced it with no issues, same when my card stopped working, and when I extended my stay they made sure that I had a very late checkout and that my new room was ready as soon as possible. I really appreciate all the effort which made my stay really comfortable and stress free.I also love that the facilities offered on site washing machine, fitness section and the free shuttle into town! The drivers are so kind and helpful, and always willing to make sure we make the most of our stay by asking us our plans and making recommendations.
