we liked the place overall...

Liked: We loved the location and everything that it offered and the shuttle into the town made it easier to get into Banff.
Disliked: We used the pool twice during the stay and after using the pool we broke out into rashes, it smelt like we had just gotten out of the pool after we had a shower or bath breaking out into rashes

Liked: Somewhat rustic. Wood fireplace.
Disliked: Lacking maintenance. Floors creak, you can hear every conversation to the adjoining rooms. Worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel. You can feel every step someone takes on the rooms above. Literally vibrates the building. Bath sink clogged. Flooring in bath coming apart.
