Disappointing

Liked: Location is convenient, and it had facilities like a hot tub and sauna. Staff was helpful in finding an item that we had left behind. It is a decent place to stay in Banff but there are better options around.
Disliked: Generally a very old hotel that is in need of a major spruce up. Underground parking was extremely tight, and there was no elevator access from the lower basement level. We thought the double beds would be larger but it was tiny and the room was quite uncomfortable nor clean. The air-conditioning was very noisy, yet the side nearer to the bed barely got any wind.
