Liked: Loved the location great spa pool area
Disliked: There were no robes available for the spa pool or in the room also no shampoos or conditioner or body lotion in the pool showers, no body lotion in the rooms

Liked: Everything was clean and authentic
Disliked: It was hard to control the air conditioner. And it was hard to figure out how to open the screen window and chipped my nail. The shower wasn’t warm enough and it was hard to figure out how to use it.

Superb

Liked: Amazing location near the shops and restaurants in Banff, the lodge suite was a great set up to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids
Disliked: Restaurant undergoing renovation. The other restaurant was a bit pricey.

Mediocre hotel with luxurious pricing

Liked: Excellent proximity to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Confusing layout with poor direction from front desk staff about how to locate anything or what amenities were available.
