Liked: It's the best location in downtown.
Disliked: Room was really smelly.

Liked: Like any hostel, the quality of your stay can vary on who else is staying in your room. Thankfully, all the people I stayed with were pleasant and respectful. Curtain on the bunk beds allow privacy and the shower was nice and warm.
Disliked: The AC unit didn't seem to be that effective, so the nights tended to be a little humid.

Liked: Good location, bed was comfy, toilet in room
Disliked: Quite outdated, I was in a loft so it got quite hot even with the roof window open. Fan didn’t rotate so I had to borrow one from the other hostel ( they need to be updated to the small ones the samesun has so both people can have individual one) the low ceiling was quite dirty too. I was asking one of the cleaners a question but he couldn’t understand me. Didn’t speak English well at all.

Liked: Nothing everything is awful and they are unrespectful
Disliked: All the traumatuzed that we experience, they put our luggage outside the room without informing us to think we reserved and paid full amount for 2 days but what they did is not good i lose some of my stuff, touching my luggage putting outside the room without informing us is big unrespectful to us as their guest.they are not engaging to their guest before they touching or removing the stuff of the guest and i ask them if i could talk to tge manager but they wont allow me to talk to the manager they said he was far away and they gave the fake email address of their manager they scam us, i just want to inform everyone that this hostel is not recommended very unreasonable when i talk to the guy in the front desk, they keep insisting that they do not know their guest and who is who in that room they keep telling that everyone in that room was discharge already to think that we had that room staying for 2 nights but what they did they remove our stuff outside the room and honestly i dont buy it that they dont know who is out and in the room because they had our name in data base in the computer so without informing us we are shock and traumatized of how they treated and doing to their guest and i was aking if i could talk to their mananger but they wont allow me i ask a refund for one night but they said they can't call the manager this kind of experience to them is very awful and furious we've planeed for a nice beautiful and good memories vacation but they ruin everything. I hope they could give the proper action for this situation we are not satisfy for everything
