Superb

Beautiful hotel, a short walk...

Liked: Our loft room was amazing for our family. It was lovely to have lots of space and a nice view.
Disliked: There was no hanging space in the room for jackets or clothes which we would’ve appreciated.

Superb

Liked: The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were serviced in a timely manner.
Disliked: The hotel didn't offer breakfast in the morning which is fine, but coffee in the morning in the lobby would be appreciated.

Liked: Spacious, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location.

Exceptional

Liked: The size of the room was perfect for my family of 5, lots of space to move around even with the kids. The location is great, just 10 mins walk to downtown.

Well located & comfortable

Liked: Located near the centre, perfect for our overnight stop off. Upgraded to Junior Suite which was spacious & comfortable.

Bad

Liked: We arrived at a family room where the door was broken and fell twice. After many requests to fix the door because I have 3 small children, they said it couldn't be fixed right now and the door was fine... At night we got up to go to the bathroom and the door fell again, luckily it wasn't one of the children. Very disappointed. We paid quite a bit of money for a dangerous room and no response.
