Liked: The room was very clean as was the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options. Location was perfect to be able to stroll downtown Banff and not worry about parking or having a drink in a pub if you wanted. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable.
Disliked: The layout of the room I wasn't a fan of, having the bed 1-1/2" away from the entry door was odd, when yo go in the room, the door almost hits the bed. The couch was very uncomfortable, very firm, hard on the back to sit on for too long.
