Less then expeted from this...
Liked: Boutique style hotel.
Disliked: If coming by car, it is not a hotel to choose. Car parking is about 1km away, and if you want to go by the rules, you cannot drive to hotel doors to unload.

Superb
Liked: Nice, unusual decor everywhere in the hotel. Restaurant staff at breakfast polite and in good mood. Good quality toiletries and bedding.
Disliked: We were at the hotel before 10am. They said at the reception they would call or text when the room is ready for early check in. Never happened.

Liked: The location of the hotel was ideal for walking around the old city’s sights! Under the shadow of the Wawel Palace, nice romantic walks along the banks of Vistula river.

Highly recommended hotel
Liked: Great location and excellent hotel close to Wavel Castle. Very attentive and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was good including the dinner menu. A decent sized room looking onto the courtyard garden which was very comfortable and well laid out.Our stay was one of the most enjoyable we have had an a beautiful historic city.

A nice hotel with terrible...
Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, and conveniently located. Everything started wonderfully: we were checked in right upon arrival, even before 3 PM, and there were pleasant surprises waiting in the room — amaretto and chocolates. The room’s interior was simply lovely.
Disliked: Upon check-in, we asked about table availability at the Florentina restaurant for dinner and were told there was just one table left. We asked to reserve it for 7:30 PM and inquired about the dress code — we were told casual smart. The receptionist named Margoreta seemed very attentive at that moment. But that was deceptive.In the evening, eagerly anticipating dinner at the popular restaurant, we first went directly to the restaurant where we were refused seating. After that, we went to the reception to find out what was wrong and where our reservation was. A different staff member, Karolina, was there. She coldly checked the records and told us there was no reservation and she couldn’t help. No apologies, no attempts to find a table later, not even a comforting word. I found her behavior arrogant and disrespectful. It’s strange that such an establishment allows unprofessional staff at the reception.The surprises didn’t end there. The next morning, we found empty boxes of the toiletry set and a broken hairdryer in our room. When checking out, Margoreta was back on duty. I was surprised she didn’t bring up the restaurant incident herself or apologize. I had to ask for clarification, and she replied that she didn’t remember telling us that the table was reserved. A great answer from the staff of a 5-star hotel, wouldn’t you agree? As an apology, she offered us a complimentary minibar, but it felt utterly insincere. When I asked about the hairdryer and toiletry set, she simply brushed it off saying it’s a matter for room service.Saying I’m disappointed and shocked is an understatement! It’s truly a shame that such a good hotel employs such terribleand unqualified staff. There were so many ways to resolve and smooth over this incident — from apologies to offering dinner in the room. But nobody did anything. Why?I hope the management reconsiders their staff selection at the reception.

Stunning hotel, comfortable and quiet...
Liked: Breakfast was incredible !! Ate like a Queen !Room was stunning. There were additional extras like chocolates left ln my pillow, a handwritten note about the weather forecast for the day. I slept the best I have in weeks.
