Very good

Fantastic hotel and great location.

Liked: Exceptional boutique hotel situated a stones throw from the main square and Wawel Castle. Food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much to request.
Disliked: No issues whatsoever with the hotel.

Liked: Absolutely beautiful hotel! A quick walk from the train station and within the old city walls. Great location minutes from the main square. Right next to the castle and a couple cathedrals. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Room was comfortable and gorgeous!
Disliked: There's no bidet :(

Comfortable, classic city vibes with...

Liked: The location was ideal and at a great price. We loved the design in here it felt really premium and comfortable. The food was excellent although some more traditional options would be welcomed. Staff were polite and attentive and the check in/out process was very straightforward.
Disliked: The room we were in was at the front of the building so it was a little noisy from the street, also, the view was quite limited with just a small window at high level. Part of the reason we booked here is because of the street view (of a beautiful part of the city) being advertised, we didn't really get a view so this should not have been advertised as a city view room really.
