Disliked: We were kept up by people shouting in the car park and constantly banging doors until 3 am Not the hotels fault but it should have been dealt with

Disliked: After travelling for 8 hours, it would have been nice if we were advised in advance when you are having a private function as the noise from the dj and karaoke was like being on an 18-30’s holiday. We would not have booked this hotel if we were made aware. Walls paper thin, exceptionally low water pressure so showering took forever, no cups or glasses for water in our room. Chair too low to see in mirror, hairdryer is so small that you couldn’t dry a hamster with it. No plug sockets next to bed, blinds wouldn’t open or close. Silicone around toilet was brown, flush was behind the toilet seat…. Now for the good points which are sadly lacking. The staff are lovely, especially in the breakfast room. Breakfast was a buffet but was really nice.
