Liked: The hotel was just fabulous close to Kingsbridge hospital aa my trip was for a hospital appointment the staff were just amazing couldn't do enough for us and it was just spotless and the value was so good
Disliked: That it was not highlighted to us during our first trip to Kingsbridge this hotel deserves so much credit and recognition

horrible

Liked: fire alarm went off at 6.30 in the morning! no apology, in the bar a fight broke out, no apology,on checkout the staff asked how was our stay and i told them this that i wasn’t happy, again no apology. very rude staff
