Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino & Hotel

We’ve stayed a dozen times...

Liked: Proximity to casino. Room comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Cigarette smoke from the casino. Better breakfast options. Only Dunkin Donuts.

Liked: It is ridiculous that I was charged up front $150 dollars for incadentals.Now I check out and I'm told the 150 I'll get back around 30 days .First of all I've never had to pay up front 150dollars for incadentals it's always a hold of 50 dollars or less and it's a hold not a charge that is ridiculous and I wasn't even in formed upfront about it so I couldn't even cancel my reservation I would have been charged if I did for the room no matter what .Bally's need to inform customers upfront of a 150 dollar charge that is not a hold but billed my card and now I have to wait 30 days for the return of the 150 dollars it was misleading nothing was said about the charge when I booked my room until I got to the hotel so for all who's reading this becareful I've never heard of a hotel charging you a fee but putting a hold is normal I will never use Bally's hotel ever again it's not the money it's the principal all hotels will always put a hold of 50 dollars or something but I've never been charged for incadentals it always a hold and 30 days to get it back makes it worse never again would I ever book a room at Bally's twin river hotel they are rediculous and observed

Liked: The cleanliness and the smell in the hallway is fenominal.the casino is clean considering all the people coming and going. The johnny rockets was my only disappointment they had no shakes

Hotel was great, Casino needs...

Liked: The handicapped accessible room was great. The hotel accommodations for the handicapped individuals was outstanding. Right down to the pool lift.
Disliked: There were no options for vegan at this location! We had to go out side of the property to eat if we wanted more than a side salad. The casino was also a major let down. There were very little tables open unless you wanted to play blackjack. The main focus was the slot machines, no Leno room, no bingo room, Very disappointing for a Bally’s
